About Gurdwara Singh Sabha of North Texas
Since its founding in 1984, Gurdwara Singh Sabha Richardson has been a vibrant Sikh community center located in Richardson, Texas. It serves as a spiritual, educational, and cultural hub for Sikhs in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our mission is to promote the teachings of Sikhi and foster a sense of unity and service among the community.
The Gurdwara offers a variety of services and facilities to support the community, including:
- Sikhi School: Weekly classes for children and adults to learn about Sikh history, Gurbani, and Punjabi language.
- Langar Kitchen: A fully operational kitchen providing free meals to all visitors, embodying the Sikh principle of selfless service.
- Recreational Facilities: Spaces for sports, fitness, and community gatherings to promote health and well-being.
